In other words: don’t stuff your head full of garbage, it’s not good for you. Your body wouldn’t be healthy if you ate junk food all the time. Or, imagine if you ate stuff out of garbage cans, half rotted and nasty: you’d be sick for sure! — When you fill your mind with nasty images or music it’s not good for you either.
