Magnitude 4.0 earthquake strikes Jammu and Kashmir, tremors felt in Delhi. New Delhi: A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Jammu and Kashmir early on Saturday, said the US Geological Survey (USGS). The tremors were felt as far as national capital Delhi.
